The Bow Valley Immigration Partnership offers the Intercultural Competency Facilitator Training (ICFT) program annually to participants based in the Bow Valley to help build cultural awareness and support inclusive workplace practices.

    This workshop provides an overview of intercultural communications and introduces the role of a cultural bridge. Students will also learn key terms related to intercultural education.

    An allyship training program that empowers employees to take meaningful action and build an inclusive workplace culture - focused on gender, race, and other intersectional factors. This is a free, train-the-trainer program with full resource support to share the program with your team.
