The Bow Valley Immigration Partnership (BVIP) is funded by the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The Town of Banff holds the contract with IRCC, and is therefore BVIP’s fiscal agent. BVIP complies with Town of Banff policies for information management and privacy. As the Town of Banff is a local public body, BVIP is subject to the Government of Alberta's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP).
